Q. Do you use ready made templates or custom design your sites?

Every project is custom designed according to your specifications.

Q. Do you maintain the web sites?

Yes. Together we can create a monthly maintenance plan that works for you depending on your specific needs. This includes minor text and/or graphical changes. Any major graphical changes would be considered a site re-design and normal design plan charges would apply.

On the other hand, if you will only require random updates, a fee of $40/hour will be assessed (one hour minimum per month)

Q. Can I update the site myself?

Yes. If you prefer to make the changes to your site yourself via FTP access, you can but I will not be responsible for any errors/mistakes that may occur. A fee of $25/hour will be assessed to make corrections (one hour minimum per month).

I do not provide "teaching" services of software or programs required to update your web site.

Q. Will my site cross-browser compatible?

Yes. Your site is tested for cross-browser compatibility.

Q. Who "owns" the web site after it's completed?

YOU!. I keep ONLY the right to display in my portfolio or to use for advertisement purposes. All graphics and files are yours to keep (including all original .psd, .ai and .eps files).

Logo Design

Q. How many changes may I ask for my logo design?

Unlimited changes to your chosen logo design, until you are 100% satisfied (please see "recipe" details).

Q. What if I don't like any of initial logo/stationery designs?

3 completely new design variations will be created.

Q. What are vector files?

Vector files can be resized, scaled, and enable the user to change color or fonts of an image. Vector files are used by professional designers and print shops. GIFs or bitmap formats are recommended for Web sites.

Q. Will my logo ever be duplicated or sold again?

No. Every logo I create is uniquely designed for you.

Q. Will I be able to use the logo design both print and web purposes?

Yes. Unless otherwise requested, all logos are created in vector format which allows it's size to be manipulated without being distorted.
